Questions people actually ask
- Will it charge me again next month?
- No. It is a one-time payment for 30 days. Nothing is saved, nothing renews, and there is no subscription to cancel — when the 30 days are up, you are simply back on the free tier.
- How do I pay?
- UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, any app — or a debit card, credit card or net banking. Payments are handled by Razorpay; Carrerlift never sees your card or UPI details.
- What happens to today's free run if I've used it?
- It stays used — buying a pass raises the ceiling for the day rather than starting the day over. From tomorrow, and for 30 days, there is no counter at all.
- Do the free ones come back?
- Yes. One fit check and one e-mail draft every day, resetting at midnight IST, and one résumé match every week from Monday. The free tier never runs out — premium is for the days one isn’t enough.
- I matched a résumé and changed the date filter. Did that cost me?
- No. The week remembers which résumé you matched, not how many times you asked. Re-run it on any window, any day that week, as often as you like. Only a different résumé starts a new one.
- The money left my account but nothing unlocked.
- Give it a minute and refresh — a UPI payment sometimes confirms a few seconds after your bank says it went through. If it still hasn’t unlocked, write to contactcarrerlift@gmail.com with the payment reference and we’ll fix it by hand.
- Is the job feed behind this?
- No, and it never will be. Jobs, the law listings, matching and saved jobs are free. Premium is only about the two features that cost us money on every click — the AI ones.
