Why Engineering?

Engineering drives the innovation and solutions that power our growth and success, connecting ideas to real-world impact and delivering value at scale. Our Engineers create cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference for millions of customers. Whether it's enhancing mobile apps, leveraging AI and emerging agentic technologies for personalised experiences, or simplifying core systems, our engineers are shaping the future of banking.

We’re not just building tech, we’re building better customer journeys, smarter systems, and a more secure digital future.

Learning how engineers collaborate with AI tools and emerging agentic technologies to solve complex problems while applying human judgement and critical thinking
Building an understanding of the products and services we provide for our customers and colleagues
Attending Engineering specific networking events, social engagements and the opportunity to hear from senior leaders across the bank
