Job Description

Why considering joining us?

PA are delighted to announce recruitment to our 2027 Rotational Digital Graduate Scheme. This programme is designed for graduates with a passion for technology, data, software engineering and artificial intelligence who are looking to accelerate their careers in consulting.

As strategies, technologies and innovation collide, we create opportunity from complexity.

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital technologies, including the transformative realm of artificial intelligence (AI), we believe that embracing digital has changed businesses forever. Organisations that have embraced digital, including the integration of AI, are leading their industries and influencing others – and those that haven’t are falling behind.

We work alongside clients across a broad range of sectors including Government, Health, Financial Services, Consumer, Defence and Transport, to help them take the opportunities of digital and data innovation for their customers, people, and organisations. Joining us as a graduate, you will work on a variety of real-life client projects, delivering innovative data-driven solutions to our clients' most critical business needs.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps (AED), Data Science and AI, gaining hands-on experience delivering innovative solutions for leading organisations.

The Graduate Scheme provides structured learning, mentoring, capability rotations and professional development opportunities to help you build the foundations of a successful consulting career.

Digital isn’t just about fast-changing technology opening new possibilities, and the door to new competitors, it’s about the consideration of people, process and technology as one. It’s essential to compete and keep performance high today while adapting to stay relevant tomorrow. Cracking the challenge means harnessing digital to bring ingenuity to life.

Our Digital Graduate scheme will get you stuck into delivering some of the most advance solutions for clients.
