At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.
As the charitable and philanthropic arm of Motorola Solutions, the Motorola Solutions Foundation partners with organizations around the world to build safer cities and thriving communities. We focus on giving back through strategic grants, employee volunteerism and other community investment initiatives. Our strategic grants program supports organizations that offer first responder programming and technology and engineering education, and align to our values of accountability, innovation, impact and inclusion. The Foundation is one of the many ways in which the company is innovating for a safer future.
NOTE: This will be a hybrid role based out of our Chicago Headquarters with the expectation of 2-3 days/week in office - Housing will not be available, candidate must be local
The Motorola Solutions Foundation is one of the many ways in which the company lives out its purpose of helping people be their best in the moments that matter. As a corporate foundation, our giving is intended to further the philanthropic goals of the business, with a focus on programs that support first responders and technology and engineering education, as well as overarching priorities that include support for underrepresented populations within these program types. The Foundation has donated more than $100 million over the last 10 years, most of it through our annual grants program.
The Summer 2027 Foundation Intern will play a critical role in advancing key areas of the Foundation’s work, including:
2027 annual grant cycle
Employee volunteerism and engagement
Storytelling
Human Resources Team Support and Collaboration
