Our work spans real estate strategy, leasing, design and construction, facilities and infrastructure, space planning, and financial management. Together, these capabilities help Visa make informed decisions about office locations, space, capital investments, and workplace operations while building an efficient, resilient portfolio that supports evolving business and employee needs.
