AI Full Stack Developer Intern

About the role: - Build full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies - Work with AI coding assistants as a core part of your development workflow, leveraging tools to accelerate feature development and problem-solving - Collaborate with the team to ship functional features across frontend and backend systems - Learn industry practices in web development, API design, and working effectively with AI-powered tools What you'll work on: - Frontend development using React.js, building components, managing state with Hooks or other state management solutions, and creating responsive user interfaces - Backend services with Node.js and Express.js - Database design and queries using MongoDB or MySQL - REST API development and integration - Version control and collaborative development via Git and GitHub - Real-world projects that blend your own thinking with AI assistance What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features - Working knowledge of React.js component structure, props, state, and Hooks - Basic familiarity with Node.js and Express.js - Understanding of responsive design principles and their implementation - Solid grasp of REST APIs and JSON data formats - Comfort with Git workflows and GitHub collaboration - Experience with at least one relational or document database system - Hands-on experience using at least one AI coding assistant (Claude / Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar), with genuine interest in using these tools effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for continuous learning Bonus qualifications: - Proven fluency with AI coding assistants on real projects — demonstrating how you leverage Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or Cursor to increase productivity - TypeScript experience - Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or advanced React Hooks patterns - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Knowledge of JWT or OAuth for authentication; experience testing APIs with Postman Who can apply: - Recent graduates welcome - Self-taught developers encouraged - Candidates with completed projects, prior internships, or relevant certifications — especially those involving AI tools — are strongly encouraged to apply What to submit: - A working prototype — a small but functional app, feature, or MVP. It must run; polish and scale do not matter. Provide a live link and/or a public repository - A short write-up documenting your build process with AI tools, explaining what prompts or requests you gave the AI, where it helped you move faster, where it struggled, and how you reviewed, debugged, and finalized the output - Your GitHub profile, portfolio, or a short demo video of your work — bonus if you used AI as part of the development How we'll evaluate: - We focus on how you think and work rather than the size or polish of your prototype - We want to see how you partner with AI tools in your workflow - We value honesty about your own process, including where AI fell short and how you stepped in
