About the role: - Drive business improvements by analysing requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into actionable insights - Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommend solutions to stakeholders - Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that guide product development - Map out business processes and prepare clear documentation for cross-functional teams - Work with stakeholders across departments to prioritise initiatives and manage competing demands in a dynamic environment - Build dashboards and reports using data-visualisation tools to track key metrics and support decision-making What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position - Keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and documentation - Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for presenting findings and recommendations - Solid grasp of Jira, Confluence, or comparable project-management platforms - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Natural collaborator who thrives as part of a team and takes initiative on projects - Meticulous approach to detail with strong documentation practices - Eagerness to dig into business challenges and propose practical, effective solutions - Organised mindset for structuring work, meeting timelines, and managing stakeholder expectations Preferred qualifications: - Background in consumer internet, e-commerce, travel, or technology companies - Basic SQL knowledge - Experience with data-visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data and shape them into actionable recommendations
