About the role: - Analyze data and build insights that drive decision-making across client projects - Write SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from large datasets - Work with Snowflake or BigQuery to support analytics workflows - Design and implement automation using AI tools to streamline analysis - Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and work with minimal supervision - Investigate root causes behind metric movements and business trends What we're looking for: - 2 to 5 years of direct analytics experience in agency, consulting, consumer, retail, e-commerce, or technology settings - Proficiency in SQL including joins, common table expressions, window functions, query debugging, and handling of large datasets - Advanced spreadsheet skills with meticulous attention to accuracy - Practical experience building or automating solutions with AI tools, with the ability to explain your validation approach - Strong grasp of statistical principles: distributions, the distinction between correlation and causation, statistical significance, and differentiating signal from noise - Fluent English and capability to deliver work independently - Demonstrated curiosity about the reasons underlying data changes, not just the changes themselves Bonus skills: - Python or pandas for data manipulation - Background in marketing measurement, multivariate testing, geo or A/B testing, incrementality analysis, or regression modeling - Familiarity with consumer and marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, average order value, retention rate, or lifetime value - Experience with AI-assisted coding platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot - Visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or ThoughtSpot
