About the role: - Analyze business data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization - Support client engagements by gathering requirements and documenting findings - Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis and insights - Contribute to problem-solving activities across various industry verticals What you'll work on: - Data collection, validation, and interpretation for analytics projects - Assisting senior analysts with research and benchmarking activities - Creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate analytical results - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives What we're looking for: - Candidates with a completed degree, including recent graduates with 0–1 year of experience - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Analytical mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a structured environment Good to know: - 100% office-based work requirement - US shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM - 9-hour shift with 2 weekly days off
