About the role: - Work on implementing Generative AI solutions within enterprise technology environments, connecting AI models and applications across different platforms. - Join the application development function and help organisations deploy, integrate and maintain AI-powered systems. What you'll do: - Coordinate the implementation of AI workflows and supporting system architectures across enterprise platforms. - Integrate AI models from different providers into existing business applications and technology infrastructure. - Work with engineering and business teams to plan deployments and ensure AI components operate together reliably. - Investigate issues in deployed AI systems and improve their stability, efficiency and performance. - Contribute technical solutions during project discussions and take independent responsibility for assigned engineering work. - Prepare technical documentation explaining deployment procedures, architecture decisions and implementation practices. - Help junior engineers understand AI deployment frameworks, integration methods and engineering processes. - Support the development of scalable AI solutions that can operate across multiple enterprise systems. What we're looking for: - Practical proficiency in Generative AI technologies and their implementation in enterprise applications. - Understanding of AI workflow orchestration, deployment strategies and system integration patterns. - Ability to connect different AI models and service providers while addressing compatibility and interoperability challenges. - Experience debugging deployed AI applications and improving system performance. - Strong analytical thinking, independent problem-solving and the ability to collaborate with different technical teams. Good to have: - Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and its applications. - Previous experience working with AI solutions involving multiple technology providers. Eligibility: - Applicants must have at least 2 years of professional experience in Generative AI. The position is listed for candidates with 2–5 years of experience. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education is required.
