About the role

• Build and configure event websites and registration portals tailored to event specifications.
• Integrate website data with event management systems including MMS (Salesforce), On24, and Touchcast.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, consent requirements, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Test websites thoroughly and resolve technical issues.

What you'll do

• Support attendee registration workflows and manage registration system issues affecting user experience.
• Oversee waitlists, approvals, rooming lists, and attendee record updates with event teams.
• Coordinate invitation, reminder, and confirmation email distribution.
• Generate registration metrics reports and assist with post-event website updates, data uploads, and billing reviews.
• Create and distribute post-event feedback surveys.
• Develop best practices for website builds and registration processes.
• Support special projects as assigned.

What they're looking for

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building or supporting events in Cvent.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to break down complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with large, complex global teams.
• Experience with change management and process design or improvement.
• Track record managing multiple complex projects across borders at a global scale.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to know

• Knowledge of other registration systems and project management tools is a plus.
• Travel industry experience is desired.
• Familiarity with mobility processes is desired.
• Based in Gurugram.
