About the role: - Transform raw data into actionable business insights through analysis and visualization - Build dashboards and reports that help decision-makers understand trends and performance - Work across teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that matter - Support stakeholders through the full lifecycle of data requests, from clarification to presentation What you'll work on: - Advanced spreadsheet modeling using Excel's sophisticated tools like Pivot Tables, Lookups, and custom Dashboards - Designing and building interactive visualizations in Microsoft Power BI - Extracting and reshaping data with Microsoft Power Query for analysis - Writing SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases - Creating clear reports and documentation in Microsoft Word - Presenting findings to stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint with polished, professional slides What we're looking for: - Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Dashboard creation - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for building analytics - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Query for data transformation - Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting data insights visually - Proficiency in Microsoft Word for writing clear reports and documentation - Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with core data analysis concepts - Strong analytical mindset with genuine problem-solving ability - Clear communicator who can explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences - Genuine enthusiasm for data work and discovering business value in datasets - Talent for interpreting information and creating effective visualizations - Collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the organization - Skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders and understanding their priorities - Adaptable learner who picks up new tools and techniques quickly - Positive, constructive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement
