About the role: - Research market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and the Global Capability Centre ecosystem to identify emerging patterns and opportunities. - Scout and evaluate potential business opportunities, customer prospects, and strategic partnership prospects. - Create polished presentations, formal proposals, comprehensive reports, and investor pitch decks. - Manage calendar coordination, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and oversee the execution of cross-functional projects. - Handle business operations support, maintain documentation systems, and assist with recruitment workflows. - Build and refine processes using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency. - Own and drive completion of special projects and initiatives as they arise. What we're looking for: - Demonstrated strength in conducting research and performing detailed data analysis. - Proven ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively across teams and departments. - Proficiency with Excel for data work and modeling. - Experience creating and presenting slides in PowerPoint. - Familiarity with and comfort using AI tools to support work. - Self-directed approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
