About the role: - Join Acuron AI as an HR Management Intern and take charge of key human resources functions across the organisation - Support recruitment efforts from job posting through candidate screening and onboarding - Help foster positive employee engagement through internal initiatives and feedback mechanisms - Learn and assist with payroll administration and basic payroll processing - Work hands-on with the company's HRMS platform to manage employee records and HR workflows What you'll work on: - End-to-end recruitment support including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination - Contributing to employee recognition programmes and team engagement activities - Processing payroll data and assisting with pay-related queries and administration - Database management and reporting through the HRMS system - Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth HR operations What we're looking for: - A detail-oriented professional eager to gain practical HR experience - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines simultaneously - Interest in understanding payroll, compliance, and employee management - Willingness to learn HRMS tools and HR best practices on the job Good to know: - This internship comes with a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity upon successful performance - You'll gain exposure to all core HR functions in a growing AI-focused organisation
