Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements. - Understand client needs and business processes. - Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs and project documentation. - Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas. - Coordinate between clients, business and technical teams. - Support product and software development discussions. - Assist in testing and validating software requirements.
