Associate Product Manager

About the role: - Join Agrim as an Associate Product Manager in a full-time position where you will help shape product direction by analyzing market needs and translating them into actionable features - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to take products from conception through launch - Own the responsibility of gathering and interpreting user feedback to drive product improvements and roadmap decisions - Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining clear communication across multiple departments What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college - 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience in product management, project management, or closely related work (internships count toward this requirement) - Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory for this role - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from varying backgrounds and expertise - Capacity to extract insights from data, organize competing priorities, and address challenges with forward-thinking solutions
