About the role - Join aiqon as a Junior AI Engineer and contribute to applied AI systems that solve real problems across document processing, tracking, and similar domains - Develop and deploy full-stack software that bridges AI models with user-facing applications - Work with large language models and other ML techniques when the problem calls for them - Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from model prototyping to production What you'll work on - Build end-to-end systems that integrate AI components with backend and frontend layers - Write Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript code that powers applications used by clients - Collaborate with teammates across USA and Australia time zones to deliver client solutions - Experiment with new techniques and tools as the field evolves What we're looking for - Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's) - A track record of writing production-ready code in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript without requiring step-by-step guidance - Hands-on experience with version control using Git and understanding of web standards (HTTP, REST, HTML/CSS) - Proficiency with at least one modern full-stack framework such as React, Node.js, or a Python web stack - Genuine passion for AI and machine learning demonstrated through personal projects, documentation reading, and active experimentation - A GitHub profile, portfolio, or LinkedIn showing software you have built yourself - Clear communication skills in English, able to articulate technical trade-offs and seek input proactively Eligibility and location - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience welcome - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad - Hybrid work arrangement - Willingness to overlap working hours with USA and Australia time zones for client support
