About this role
About the role: - Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal documentation and investor relations across multiple jurisdictions - Work on Companies Act compliance, MCA filings, board documentation and statutory registers - Handle FEMA and RBI compliance for foreign and cross-border investments - Manage US holding company corporate governance and compliance - Support DGCA, Digital Sky and drone/aviation regulatory compliance and UCS certification - Draft and review NDAs, commercial agreements, MoUs, consultancy agreements and vendor contracts - Assist with investor documentation, cap table maintenance, share issuances, SAFE financing and ESOP administration - Help draft internal policies and SOPs, conduct legal research and maintain compliance calendars What they're looking for: - CS Professional or LL.B degree (compulsory) - Basic understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance - Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Good to know: - In-office role at Hoskote, Bangalore headquarters - Working alternate Saturdays - Relocation assistance and daily travel stipend provided - Health insurance coverage
