About this role
About the role: - You'll drive product strategy and roadmap development, owning features across the payment platform - Your focus will span the merchant payment experience from transaction initiation through completion - You'll design and refine payment integrations, managing APIs and webhooks that connect systems - You'll own the refund and settlement workflows, ensuring smooth fund reconciliation - You'll measure product performance through analytics, tracking conversion metrics and transaction success - You'll work across Engineering, Business, and Operations teams to move initiatives forward What we're looking for: - 1–5 years of product experience, with hands-on involvement in Payment Gateway, QR Payments, or POS product development - Deep familiarity with the payments industry and how payment systems function - Strong analytical capability to interpret data and guide product decisions - A track record of shipping payment solutions from concept to market - The ability to balance strategic thinking with execution across technical and commercial challenges
