About the role: - Join AiSensy, a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS platform, as part of a team tackling data-driven challenges across the business - Partner with product, engineering, growth, and partnerships functions to uncover insights and drive decisions - Take ownership of analytical projects that shape strategy and operations What you'll work on: - Design and build analytics dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to make data accessible to stakeholders - Craft sophisticated SQL queries to extract, transform and explore data from databases - Develop automated analyses and data models in Excel for rapid iteration and reporting - Write Python scripts using Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib to perform statistical analysis and build visualizations - Hunt for meaningful patterns and correlations in large datasets that reveal business opportunities - Evaluate product usage metrics, sales pipeline health, and partner channel performance to guide improvements - Translate raw findings into clear, actionable recommendations that non-technical teams can act on What you'll need: - 2–4 years working in a business analytics or data analytics role - Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries without assistance - Advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros and data visualization - Demonstrated success building or maintaining BI dashboards in a production setting - Python knowledge at basic to intermediate level, with comfort in common libraries - Strong logical reasoning and ability to break down ambiguous problems into steps - A mindset geared toward finding root causes and stress-testing assumptions - Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences
