About the role: - Akiyna is hiring a Junior Backend Developer in Gurgaon. - Candidates from the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 batches are eligible. - The stated compensation range is 10-15 LPA. What you'll work on: - Support backend application development with Python and Django. - Create and maintain REST-based APIs. - Produce code that is clean and easy to test. - Assist with database structure and query-related work. - Coordinate with frontend developers so backend and frontend components integrate properly. - Join code-review discussions and regular team standups. What we're looking for: - Applicants may have 0–2 years of Python/Django experience. - Candidates should understand the fundamentals of REST API design. - Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL is expected. - Experience using Git is required. - Some exposure to testing tools such as Pytest is useful. - Candidates should be strong problem solvers and willing to keep learning.
