About the role: - AlgoProfessor AI R&D is hiring 2 LLM Engineers. - The position focuses on fine-tuning, evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation and inference optimisation for large language models. - Opportunities are available across Hyderabad, hybrid and remote arrangements within India. What you'll work on: - Fine-tune large language models for research and practical use cases. - Build and improve evaluation approaches for LLM-based systems. - Work on retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and related research problems. - Improve inference performance and efficiency where relevant to the project. - Contribute to AI work intended to reach clients, universities or open-source communities. What we're looking for: - The overall hiring drive spans freshers to candidates with 10+ years of experience depending on the individual role. - Candidates should be strongly interested in hands-on LLM engineering and experimentation. - The role suits people who want to build new AI capabilities rather than only maintain existing systems.
