About the role: - Own the full lifecycle of features from concept through launch, influencing product decisions and user experience - Partner with the team to develop products and systems that underpin growth across Tensor School of CS & AI - Build full-stack applications that serve a learning platform, working across frontend interfaces and backend services - Take part in architectural decisions that shape how the platform scales and evolves What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing web interfaces that users interact with daily - Creating backend services and APIs that power the learning experience - Developing infrastructure components that support course delivery and student engagement - Integrating AI capabilities into educational tools and workflows - Optimizing performance and reliability as the platform grows What we're looking for: - Strong fundamentals in full-stack web development - Comfort working across frontend frameworks and backend technologies - Experience or familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application - Ability to think beyond code to consider product impact and user needs - Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from team feedback Good to know: - Full-time and internship positions are available - Interns may be considered for permanent offers based on performance
