About the role: - Support Amazon's operations teams across supply chain, logistics, and business functions - Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose practical improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment - Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and drive efficiency gains What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, with graduation expected within the next two years - Able to commit to a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months - Native or near-native command of English in both conversation and writing (Common European Framework of Reference C1 level) - Native or near-native command of the local language of the country to which you are applying (Common European Framework of Reference C1 level) - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and spot opportunities for optimization - Comfortable working across teams, explaining ideas clearly, and building consensus - Track record of showing initiative, asking thoughtful questions, and adapting quickly when circumstances shift
