About the role: - Develop interfaces and experiences centered on AI-first and generative UI paradigms - Prototype and test AI-powered workflows that accelerate the design process itself - Contribute to production features that ship to real users rather than practice projects - Drive projects from conception through launch, owning the full arc - Integrate design, product strategy, and technical feasibility into your thinking - Design systems and interaction models that help people work effectively with complex AI capabilities What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual clarity - Active, daily use of AI tools as thinking partners and collaborators in your own work - Ability to reason from first principles rather than following established patterns - Comfort synthesizing structure and direction from unclear, open-ended problems - Drive focused on creating measurable value and shipping work, rather than titles or status - Passion for exploring how people can interact with technology in new ways beyond conventional interface patterns What the work involves: - Hands-on design work using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows - Close collaboration with product and engineering teams to understand constraints - Iterative testing and refinement of designs based on user feedback - Problem-solving at the intersection of user needs and technical possibility - Continuous learning about emerging interaction paradigms and AI capabilities
