About the role: - Partner with experienced engineers to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver ongoing assistance - Participate in the design, creation, and upkeep of infrastructure and technology solutions - Track how systems are performing to maintain consistent, reliable operation - Take part in system enhancements, parameter adjustments, and detailed record-keeping - Stay current with emerging tools, methodologies, and industry standards What you'll work on: - Hands-on support for IT infrastructure maintenance and optimization - Collaboration on technical solutions that scale across the organization - Documentation and knowledge-sharing to support team operations - Identifying and implementing process improvements - Building foundational expertise in enterprise systems management What we're looking for: - Bachelor's qualification in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a closely related discipline - Working knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems - Sharp analytical mindset and aptitude for solving complex technical problems - Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within teams - Genuine interest in technology with drive to develop professionally in a dynamic setting
