About this role
About the role
- You will work during UK business hours, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM each day
- Your primary focus will be identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various positions
- You will build and maintain pipelines of talent to meet organizational hiring needs
- You will conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
What you'll work on
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and direct outreach
- Reviewing applications and CVs to identify promising fits for open roles
- Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
- Gathering feedback from hiring managers and negotiating offers with selected candidates
- Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate progress
What we're looking for
- You hold an MBA degree
- You are graduating in 2025 or 2026
- You are available and comfortable working the UK shift schedule of 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are organized and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- You demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently within a team environment
