About this role
About the role: - You will identify, attract and engage qualified candidates for open positions across our organization - Your work involves screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews and assessing candidate fit against job requirements - You will maintain an active pipeline of potential hires and coordinate with hiring managers on their staffing needs - You'll manage candidate communication throughout the selection process and provide regular updates on recruitment progress What we're looking for: - MBA qualification - Candidates from the 2025 and 2026 graduation batches - 0–1 year of professional experience in recruitment or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal teams - Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously - Attention to detail when reviewing applications and candidate information Work details: - UK shift timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Cab facility available for female employees
