About this role
About the role: - The position is for an experienced AI Engineer working on a project focused on accelerating Generative AI adoption in the telecom industry. - The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. - Candidates should have 4+ years of experience across AI, ML or Data Science. - At least 1.5–2+ years of hands-on production experience with Generative AI is required. What we're looking for: - Strong Python skills are expected. - Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI is required. - Candidates should understand RAG architectures and Azure AI Search. - Experience with vector search and embeddings is relevant to the role. - Applicants should know LangChain or Semantic Kernel. - Practical experience with AI agents is expected. - Docker, REST APIs and Git are also part of the required skill set. - Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices is required. - Candidates should understand Azure security and networking concepts. - English proficiency should be Upper-Intermediate or higher. Good to have: - Experience with AKS, Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is beneficial. - Knowledge of Document Intelligence or OCR is considered useful. - Multi-Agent Systems experience is a plus. - Previous telecom-domain experience is also preferred. - Candidates already based in the UAE and ready to work from Abu Dhabi will receive preference.
