Data Analyst Intern (+PPO)

About the role

• You will support our team by transforming raw data into actionable insights through cleaning, organizing, and analyzing information across projects.
• Your work will involve building and maintaining reports that help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends.
• You'll create visualizations and summaries that make complex data accessible to non-technical teams.

What you'll work on

• Preparing datasets by identifying inconsistencies, handling missing values, and standardizing formats for analysis.
• Designing pivot tables and using advanced formulas to extract meaningful patterns from large datasets.
• Building dashboards and reports that track business performance and support decision-making.
• Documenting your findings and methodologies to ensure clarity and reproducibility across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Solid grasp of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP functions.
• Capability to approach data challenges methodically and break down complex problems into solvable steps.
• Familiarity with fundamental data cleaning techniques and the ability to identify quality issues.
• Comfort presenting data through clear, well-structured reporting formats.

Good to have

• Prior internship experience in analytics, business operations, or a related field.
• Track record in writing reports, creating documentation, or producing written content professionally.
