Implementation and Product Enablement Intern

About this role

About the role: - Help bring clients onto the platform and set up their configurations - Work with REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and authentication protocols like SSO and SAML - Conduct integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases - Debug and resolve issues that arise during API and system integrations - Write documentation and guides aimed at clients to help them use the product effectively - Engage directly with clients on real implementation projects from start to finish What we're looking for: - Currently in your final year or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA or equivalent field - Foundational knowledge of REST APIs and JSON structures - Experience with Postman, HTML, Markdown, or authentication frameworks like SSO and SAML (preferred but not required) - Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation, especially with non-technical stakeholders - Attention to detail and a mindset focused on understanding how things work - Willingness to take on client-facing responsibilities and grow in a technical support capacity About this internship: - You'll work on real client problems and see your solutions deployed in production - The role bridges engineering and customer success, giving you exposure to how products reach users - You'll develop skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and client communication alongside technical integration work
