Own product initiatives across the full lifecycle, from problem identification through launch and impact measurement
Work on AI-first products, exploring how generative AI and automation can enhance user experience and business results
Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to build and release products
Run customer research to uncover pain points and convert findings into product improvements
Set up product metrics, examine user funnels, and spot areas to optimize
Create rapid prototypes, validate hypotheses with real feedback and data, then refine
Feed into product strategy and roadmap planning

Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution, ideally in engineering or technical field
1–3 years in product management, engineering, analytics, or similar roles
Self-starter who takes charge and solves problems without hand-holding
Comfortable using AI tools regularly and interested in building with AI
Strong analytical thinking and ability to untangle unclear situations
Good instinct for user experience and what makes products valuable
Clear communicator who works well across teams

Built AI agents, prototypes, or personal projects using Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or similar
Track record with consumer products, growth, or monetization
Knowledge of CRM tools, SEO, or digital marketing
Experience launching something from zero at a startup or inside a company
Personal side projects or self-built products to show
