About the role: - Investigate business challenges by gathering data, conducting user conversations, and establishing clear objectives to understand root causes - Create solutions that span product features, operational processes, and policy frameworks - Collaborate with the engineering team to implement your designs and track outcomes until metrics improve - Be accountable for business results rather than the number of features released What you'll work on: - Diagnosing why problems occur rather than jumping to build features - Working with datasets and writing SQL queries to validate assumptions and guide decisions - Owning projects from conception through launch and impact measurement - Building processes and policies alongside product changes to drive sustainable change What we're looking for: - 1–2 years of product experience - Comfort with data analysis and the ability to write SQL, using tools like Claude as needed - A mindset that prioritizes understanding root causes over rushing to solutions - Strong ownership mentality and the discipline to see initiatives through to measurable results
