Production Planning & Management Intern

About the role: - You will assist with the planning and coordination of production schedules across the manufacturing facility - You will gain hands-on exposure to electronics manufacturing processes from design through to final shipment - You will work closely with shop-floor teams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities - You will support the documentation and tracking of production metrics and inventory movement What you'll work on: - Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules - Observing and learning the complete lifecycle of how electronic products are built, tested, and prepared for customer delivery - Analyzing shop-floor data to help optimize resource allocation and reduce bottlenecks - Assisting with quality checks and ensuring products meet specification before shipment What we're looking for: - Students or recent graduates pursuing or holding degrees in engineering, operations, supply chain, management, or similar disciplines - Someone who is genuinely interested in manufacturing and operations and wants to understand how electronics companies function at scale - Individuals with a hands-on mindset who are willing to take initiative and drive tasks to completion - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a structured production environment Note: Subject: Internship – Production Planning & Management Intern
