About the role: - Partner with hiring managers to identify skill requirements across technology, business operations, and creative functions - Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and Wellfound - Evaluate applicant qualifications through resume review and initial conversations - Maintain candidate pipelines and organize hiring information in spreadsheets and databases - Manage correspondence with prospective hires and hiring teams throughout the process What we're looking for: - Currently enrolled in or recently finished a Bachelor's or Master's degree; HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent study preferred - Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders - Comfort moving between hiring needs in areas like Full Stack development, Data roles, Sales positions, Editorial work, and Operations - Resourcefulness and strong organizational skills, with comfort working solo and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting - Experience or working knowledge of LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, Wellfound, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel
