Responsibilities: - Own recruiting pipelines from sourcing to offer for technical and non-technical roles - Conduct structured first-round interviews to evaluate candidates for specialized roles - Work directly with the founding team to refine sourcing strategies and hiring standards - Take ownership of candidate experience and move strong candidates through quickly Requirements: - Primarily looking for undergraduate students of the 2026 batch - No prior HR or recruiting experience needed; what matters is clarity of thought and strong communication - Able to have clear, thoughtful conversations across different seniority levels and technical domains
