About this role
Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024/2025. Who Are We Looking For? - Product experience, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, wealth, lending or payments - Has experience building products from scratch, not just managing existing ones - Is obsessed with users, metrics and outcomes - Can comfortably move between strategy, user research, data and execution - Has strong product sense and an ability to simplify complex financial problems - Thrives in ambiguity and genuinely enjoys building in a high-ownership startup environment Good to have: - Experience building products using LLMs / Generative AI / AI agents - Experience with conversational AI or chatbot products - Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, AI evaluation or model APIs
