About the role: - You will build and maintain data models and dashboards that drive business insight across marketing, customer, and commercial functions - Your work involves extracting, transforming and preparing large volumes of data for analysis and reporting - You'll translate raw business data into visual formats and presentations that stakeholders can act on - You'll work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that answer their questions What you'll work on: - Creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports for ongoing performance tracking - Writing and optimizing SQL queries to access and manipulate datasets - Performing statistical and exploratory analysis to uncover patterns and trends - Building Excel models and analyses that support business decisions - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine deliverables What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field - Advanced proficiency with SQL for querying and data manipulation - Strong command of Excel for modeling, analysis and financial calculations - Demonstrated expertise in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation - Solid foundation in data visualization principles and reporting best practices - Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaning from them - Background or strong interest in marketing analytics, customer analytics or business analytics domains - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Good to know: - This is a 5-day, office-based role with Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Ltd - Full-time position
