About this role
About the role: - Support the e-commerce team in building and maintaining an accurate product catalogue on the company's digital storefront - Write product names and descriptions that communicate key details to customers - Photograph and upload product images to the catalogue system, ensuring proper file organization and visual alignment with corresponding items - Input and organize product information including colour, size, fabric type, category designation, and fit specification - Review all product listings for factual accuracy, spelling, and consistency before they go live - Perform regular updates and corrections to product data as inventory and offerings change - Assist with product launches and catalogue expansions across the platform - Manage product records and attributes using spreadsheet software - Coordinate with the wider team on daily catalogue maintenance and quality assurance tasks What we're looking for: - Comfort working with spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets - Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms for product data entry and management - A strong eye for detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in written and visual content - Clear, accurate written communication in English - An interest in fashion retail or the e-commerce space - Readiness to learn systems and processes quickly Who can apply: - Freshers with no prior work experience - Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in catalogue management or related e-commerce roles
