Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the role: - Design visual content for performance marketing campaigns, brand identity projects, and e-commerce platforms - Create social media graphics optimized for engagement and conversion - Develop product photography and marketplace listings with strong visual appeal - Produce branding and promotional materials that align with client vision - Work with typography, colour theory and layout principles to communicate ideas effectively - Explore and integrate AI image generation tools into the creative workflow What we're looking for: - Students or early-career designers with 0–1 year of experience - Freshers are welcome to apply - Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Solid grasp of typography, composition, colour and layouts - Passion for performance marketing creative work, branding initiatives and e-commerce design - Creative problem-solver who notices and corrects small details - Exposure to AI image generation tools is valued Your application must include: - Resume - Portfolio or work samples demonstrating your design ability (mandatory) - Examples of social media creatives you have designed - Performance marketing creatives from past projects or assignments - Product-focused design work - Marketplace creative samples - Branding or promotional design pieces - Any AI-generated or AI-assisted designs you have created - Your current stipend or CTC if applicable - Your expected stipend for this role - Notice period or availability to join - Your current location What to know: - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred - A portfolio or work samples submission is mandatory; applications without them will not be reviewed Note: Portfolio or relevant work samples is mandatory.
