About the company: - Beco is a consumer brand with business functions spanning sales, operations, marketing, customer experience and finance. About the role: - Work within the Founder's Office to identify manual processes that can be improved through AI and automation. - Take responsibility for turning repetitive business activities into systems that need less human intervention. What you'll do: - Examine workflows across different departments to identify tasks that are repeated unnecessarily. - Design and implement automation systems that simplify everyday business operations. - Build reliable workflows that continue operating without constant manual supervision. - Test the automations you create, identify problems and improve them based on actual results. - Take automation projects from identifying a problem through implementation, troubleshooting and refinement. What we're looking for: - Ability to break complicated business processes into clear inputs, outputs and potential failure points. - Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to find solutions without detailed instructions. - A sense of ownership that keeps you responsible for a problem until it has been resolved. - Practical interest in automating repetitive tasks rather than repeatedly handling them manually. - Willingness to experiment, learn from unsuccessful attempts and improve working solutions. - Comfort operating without extensive standard operating procedures or step-by-step guidance.
