About the role: - Test features and products to identify defects and edge cases - Evaluate user interface and user experience quality - Contribute directly to building and fixing functionality rather than only reporting issues - Work within a compact team where you'll understand the company's mission quickly - Ship to real users starting from your first week What we're looking for: - Experience ranging from fresh graduate to approximately 2 years in the field - A portfolio or examples of projects you have created - Clear thinking and problem-solving ability - Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail - Genuine interest in learning and exploring new areas - Collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools is valuable but optional Your background: - You demonstrate capability through work you have done - You think critically about problems - You have developed your own perspective on what makes good products - You ask questions and dive deeper into topics that interest you - You work well alongside others The application: - Complete the process in roughly 15 minutes - No coding challenge or homework assignment required - Practical discussion about your working methods - Conversational questions designed to understand you better - Write your own answers without using AI tools to compose them Note: Do not use AI to write application answers
