What we're looking for: - Solid Python skills and hands-on experience with machine learning libraries. - Familiarity with or enthusiasm to learn about large language models and agent-based frameworks. - Self-directed approach to work; able to identify and solve problems with minimal oversight in a lean environment. - Clear writing and presentation abilities; you can articulate technical work and document decisions well. - Background in machine learning, natural language processing, or distributed systems through coursework or personal projects (helpful but not mandatory). - No compliance or financial services background expected.
