About the role: - Analyze business data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement - Build SQL queries to extract, transform and validate datasets from multiple sources - Create detailed reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics - Generate insights from data analysis that directly influence strategic decisions - Support evaluation of new business opportunities and market opportunities through rigorous analysis What we're looking for: - Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and data visualization - Strong capability to think through problems logically and develop structured solutions - Ability to spot patterns in complex datasets and translate them into clear business recommendations - Precision in work with keen attention to detail and accuracy in all analyses - Genuine interest in one or more of: business strategy, marketing analytics, or investment analysis - Mindset centered on making decisions based on data rather than intuition
