About the role: - Lead product strategy and execution for fraud prevention and user protection in the UPI payments ecosystem - Design and implement intelligent, scalable systems that detect and block fraudulent transactions in real time - Balance security measures with user experience to ensure customers face minimal friction while transacting safely - Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, monitoring, and iteration based on real-world performance What you'll work on: - Building detection mechanisms and risk assessment tools tailored to UPI payment flows and user behaviours - Collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations teams to translate fraud prevention insights into product features - Analyzing transaction patterns, user feedback, and industry trends to anticipate emerging threats - Defining metrics that measure both security effectiveness and customer satisfaction What we're looking for: - 3–5 years of direct experience working within the UPI ecosystem - BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification - MBA preferred but not required - Strong product thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated capacity to own initiatives that extend beyond your formal responsibilities - Passion for creating solutions that are both secure and user-friendly Good to know: - Office-based role requiring 5 days per week on site
