About the role: - Binge Labs is hiring 10 designers as part of its current expansion. - The position is fully remote. - The role focuses on creating content for social platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn. What you'll work on: - Design content intended for Instagram audiences. - Create visual content suitable for LinkedIn. - Develop creative work that is designed to capture attention while people are scrolling. - Think beyond visual polish and consider whether a design actually earns audience attention. What we're looking for: - Candidates should have strong design ability and understand social-first creative work. - Applicants should understand how design needs can differ between Instagram and LinkedIn. - The team values people who can distinguish between content that simply looks attractive and content that stops the scroll. - Candidates should have work that demonstrates their creative capabilities. - The role suits people who want to join a growing team that treats content as a serious discipline. Good to know: - Binge Labs plans to hire 70 people across multiple content roles over the next 60 days. - This design opening accounts for 10 of those planned hires.
