About the role: - Binge Labs is hiring 50 people for video editing roles. - The position is fully remote. - The team is hiring editors for long-form content, short-form content, and candidates who can work across both formats. What you'll work on: - Edit video content with a strong focus on pacing and viewer engagement. - Shape edits to help maintain audience attention throughout the video. - Work on content where retention is treated as an important part of the editing process. - Go beyond basic cutting by thinking about how each edit affects the viewing experience. What we're looking for: - Candidates should be genuinely strong at video editing. - Applicants should understand that effective editing involves more than assembling clips. - A good sense of pacing is important for the role. - Editors should understand how creative choices can influence retention. - The team is looking for people who care about keeping viewers engaged until the end. - Applicants should be interested in joining a fast-growing team that takes content seriously.
