Assistant Program Manager

About the role

• Oversee the integration of courier systems and workflows to support Blinkit's delivery operations.
• Lead program initiatives by bringing together stakeholders from different departments and coordinating their efforts.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of business processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to identify bottlenecks, solve issues, and create measurable business outcomes.

What you'll work on

• Building bridges between courier partners and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics integration.
• Planning and tracking program milestones while keeping cross-functional partners aligned.
• Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions that scale.
• Supporting the smooth flow of goods and information through Blinkit's supply chain.

What we're looking for

• At least 1+ year of work experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Proven success working with multiple teams, managing competing priorities, and seeing programs through to completion.
