About the role: - Work as an Associate Program Manager driving operational excellence through data-led decision making - Own responsibility for key performance indicators across multiple workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results - Translate data insights into concrete action plans that move the business forward - Build and maintain operational systems that scale as the organisation grows What you'll bring: - 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations Management - Proficiency in Excel and SQL with working knowledge of Python - Comfort with taking ownership of multiple KPIs and the ability to work effectively across different teams - An execution-focused approach paired with strong operational discipline and attention to detail What the role involves: - Analysing operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities - Managing timelines, resources and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track - Creating dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership - Developing processes and workflows that improve team efficiency and reduce friction - Taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives from conception through delivery and optimisation
