About the role: - Work with the team to identify and develop premium product categories across the Blinkit platform - Drive the expansion of specialty and gourmet food offerings to meet customer demand - Assist in curating and sourcing products for high-end market segments - Support category strategy and positioning within the quick-commerce space What you'll work on: - Researching emerging trends in premium and gourmet food categories - Analyzing competitor offerings and market gaps in the luxury food segment - Building supplier relationships and evaluating new product lines - Contributing to category performance metrics and growth initiatives - Creating content and product descriptions for premium items What we're looking for: - Interest in gourmet food products and specialty categories - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Enthusiasm for e-commerce and consumer trends - Willingness to take ownership of projects and deliver results
